Warm edge spacer of glass fiber reinforced material SPACER 9-1

SPACER 9-1, the single-row hole fiberglass warm-edge spacer strip by Nuoshi Hanwei, features a polymer-reinforced heat insulation material. The back is coated with a multi-layer dense water vapor barrier film. Formed through an extrusion process, it boasts excellent thermal performance and sealing durability, complying with EN1279-2/3/6 and JC/T 2453-2018 standards.

Performance characteristics

Made of completely non-metallic material with ultra-low thermal conductivity λ eq=0.16W/(m · k), effectively blocking heat transfer. It's the ideal choice for passive rooms.

Significantly reduces condensation, prevents mold growth, and enhances living comfort.

Exhibits good flatness, is not prone to deformation, and is easy to process.

Boasts excellent flame retardancy and noise reduction, enhancing building safety and life quality.

Compatible with conventional processes like corner insertion, welding, heating, and bending.
