NSHW-LB is a one-component, solvent-free, non-fogging, non-vulcanizing, permanent plastic insulating glass first sealant based on polyisobutene rubber.NSHW-LB maintains its plasticity and tightness in a wide temperature range, and its surface does not crack or harden. It has good adhesion to glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized stainless steel and other materials. Because of its extremely low water vapor permeability, it can be combined with an elastic sealant to form an excellent steel, moisture resistance system.

Nuoshi Hanwei-LB Butyl Sealant (for High-Quality Insulating Glass)

Scope of Application

Nuoshi Hanwei-LB is mainly used in the production of insulating glass. It serves as the first sealant for insulating glass and is used in combination with two-component sealants for insulating glass and two-component silicone structural sealants to achieve double sealing.

Instructions for Use

Clean and dry the bonding surface to remove dust, oil, and grease. Nuoshi Hanwei-LB is applied using a special hot-melt butyl extruder for insulating glass production lines. Specific usage conditions can be achieved by adjusting temperature and pressure. The extrusion temperature ranges from 100°C to 150°C, and the ambient temperature during construction should not be lower than 5°C.

• Iron drum packaging: 180kg/drum, diameter 567mm

• Storage conditions: -10°C ~ 35°C in a dry and ventilated place
