Color butyl hot melt sealant  for insulating glass

NSHW color butyl rubber is a single component, solvent-free, non fogging, non vulcanizing, and permanently  plastic first sealant for insulating glass based on polyisobutylene rubber.NSHW colored butyl adhesive  maintains its plasticity and sealing properties over a wide temperature range, and its surface does not crack  and remains hard. It has good adhesion to materials such as glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, stainless  steel, etc. Due to its extremely low water vapor transmittance, it can form an excellent moisture resistance  system together with elastic sealants.

Scope of application

NSHW color butyl rubber is mainly used in insulating glass production, as the first insulating glass sealant and two-component insulating glass sealant and two-component silicone structural sealant tocomplete two-waysealing.

Instructions for use

Clean and dry adhesive surface to remove dust, oil and grease.NSHW-S is coated by hot-melt butyl extruder for insulating glass production line, the specific conditions of use can be achieved by adjusting the temperature and pressure. The extrusion temperature ranges from 100'C-150C,and the environmental temperature should not beless than 5C.
