Nuoshi Hanwei co-extruded warm-edge spacer boasts thermal conductivity as low as 0.24 W/(m·K), ideal for passive housing. It minimizes dew, prevents mold, and enhances comfort. The 0.1mm stainless steel sheet blocks vapor, offering superb flame retardancy and noise reduction. With excellent bendability for automatic cold bending and curved glass, plus 7mm height for easy handling, its perfect co-extrusion ensures strong butyl sealant adhesion.

Performance characteristics

The heat conduction coefficient is as low as 0.24 w/(m · k), making it ideal for passive housing. It significantly reduces dew, prevents mold growth, and ensures a more comfortable living environment. The 0.1 mm stainless steel sheet effectively blocks water vapor. It offers excellent flame retardancy and noise reduction, enhancing building safety and quality of life.

Exceptional bending performance meets any angle requirements for automatic cold bending. Perfect co-extrusion synthesis combines two raw materials for superior butyl sealant adhesion. The 7mm height improves handling and placement of spacer frames, suitable for curved glass.
