Warm Edge Spacer of Glass Fiber Reinforced Material SPACER 9-1

SPACER 9-1 is a single-row hole fiberglass warm-edge spacer strip by Nuoshi Hanwei, using polymer-reinforced insulation material as the core. The back is layered with a dense water vapor barrier film, and the warm-edge spacer is crafted through an extrusion process. It offers outstanding thermal performance and sealing durability, meeting EN1279-2/3/6 and JC/T 2453-2018 standards.

Performance Characteristics

Made of non-metallic material with ultra-low thermal conductivity λ eq=0.16W/(m · k), effectively blocking heat transfer, making it ideal for passive rooms.

Significantly reduces condensation and prevents mold, enhancing living comfort.

Offers excellent flatness, is resistant to deformation, and easy to process.

Boasts remarkable flame retardancy and noise reduction, enhancing building safety and living quality.

Adaptable to conventional processes such as corner insertion, welding, heating, and bending.

Exhibits excellent weather resistance, adaptable to various climate conditions.
