Warm edge spacer of glass fiber reinforced material SPACER 9-1

SPACER 9-1, a single-row hole fiberglass warm-edge spacer strip by Nuoshi Hanwei, uses polymer-reinforced insulation material. The back is layered with a dense water vapor barrier film. Formed through an extrusion process, it offers outstanding thermal performance and sealing durability. Complies with EN1279-2/3/6 and JC/T 2453-2018 standards.

Performance characteristics

Constructed from non-metallic material with ultra-low thermal conductivity λ eq=0.16W/(m · k), it effectively blocks heat transfer, making it ideal for passive rooms.

Significantly reduces condensation, prevents mold growth, enhancing comfort.

Features good flatness, resists deformation, and is easy to process.

Offers excellent flame retardancy and noise reduction, enhancing safety and quality of life.

Compatible with conventional processes like corner insertion, welding, heating, and bending.

Exhibits excellent weather resistance, adapting to diverse climatic conditions.
