Nuoshi Hanwei co-extruded warm-edge spacer boasts a thermal conductivity of just 0.24 W/(m·K), perfect for passive housing. It minimizes dew, curbs mold, and enhances comfort. The 0.1mm stainless steel sheet effectively blocks vapor and provides superb flame resistance and noise reduction. Its excellent bendability suits automatic cold bending and curved glass, and the 7mm height ensures easy handling. Its ideal co-extrusion guarantees robust butyl sealant adhesion.

Performance Characteristics

With a heat conduction coefficient as low as 0.24 W/(m·K), it is perfect for passive housing, significantly reducing dew and mold growth for enhanced living comfort. The 0.1 mm stainless steel sheet effectively blocks water vapor, while its excellent flame retardancy and noise reduction improve building safety and quality of life.

Outstanding bending performance allows for conventional automatic cold bending, meeting any bending angle requirements. Perfect co-extrusion synthesis ensures the ideal combination of two raw materials for superior butyl sealant adhesion. The 7mm height enhances spacer frame handling and placement, suitable for curved glass.
